How It Works
No surprises, no upsells you didn't approve. Here's exactly what happens from the first call to the follow-up.
You call or request a quote and tell us your address, yard size, and what you need — mowing, aeration, cleanup, or all three. We ask a few access questions: gates, dogs, parking. For a standard mow, we can often quote from the address alone, then match you with the right local pro in our network based on your location and the service you need.
For straightforward jobs, the quote comes back the same day. For larger properties or yards with known issues — slopes, heavy shade, overgrowth — we drive by first, so the number you get is the number you pay, not a moving target once the crew shows up.
You approve the quote and we get you on the calendar. During peak season — spring cleanup, fall aeration — book at least a week ahead. For fall aeration specifically, book early: September fills fast and the window closes mid-October.
Your matched local crew arrives on schedule and completes the job — mowing, trimming, edging, and blowdown on every visit, or whatever the scope calls for — then messages you when finished. No surprises, no extras you didn't approve.
After every visit, you get a follow-up. If anything was missed, we come back at no charge — no argument. That's our "We Come Back" Promise, on every visit.
If anything was missed on your visit, we come back. No charge, no argument.
Common questions
Every visit
Mow at the right height for the grass type, trim the bed and fence lines, edge the hard surfaces, then blow the clippings off the drive and walks. Nothing gets skipped because the crew was running late.
